Cancellation

Please give us 48 hours advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours we charge a $25 fee.

Lateness

Arriving more than 15 minutes late or more could result in cancellation and be qualified as a no show. If the appointment must be cancelled due to lateness the same cancellation fee will apply.

Pregnant

If you are pregnant or may think you are pregnant we do not recommend a V-Steam. Steaming during pregnancy is dangerous. The steam opens and relaxes the cervix, this can possibly result in miscarriage or early labor.

Menstruation

Steaming should be done before and after your menstrual cycle. This will help aid the natural uterine cleanse that occurs during your menstrual cycle.
